The City
Hosting the Summer Synchronized Swimming Camp in Liguria will be the city of Loano. Lōa (in Ligurian dialect) town of the Riviera of the Palms located between the sea and the mountains, always recognized by everyone for the beaches, and the fantastic harbor but above all as a city of sports

SAVONA, DOVE TUTTO È COMINCIATO
A 18 anni dovetti fare una scelta, cambiare città, andare via di casa e lasciare tutte le mie sicurezze per inseguire un sogno. Pur vivendo a Roma sapevo che per arrivare a conquistarmi un posto nella squadra olimpica avrei dovuto andare in una società di altissimo livello. Cosi decisi di trasferirmi a Savona. il primo anno lo passai in un hotel che d’inverno si svuotava ma era comodo perché facendo 8 ore al giorno in vasca, quando tornavo, non avevo le forze neanche di rifare il letto. In tanti momenti mi sono pentita di aver fatto quella scelta, ma avevo fisso nella mia testa il mio obiettivo e non ho mai mollato, quello è stata la mia forza. Sono stata ripagata di tuti i miei sforzi con tante medaglie, i giochi olimpici e sopratutto perché in quella città, ho conosciuto mio marito.
